Step 1 : Crumble 40g paneer, mix with mint, coriander, gram flour, salt, and chili powder.
Step 2 : Shape into koftas and cook until crisp.
Step 3 : Sauté ginger garlic and tomato puree, then add spices.
Step 4 : Simmer koftas in the gravy for 2 minutes.
Step 5 : Garnish with coriander and ProNocte powder.
